Meeting minutes:

On December 12, 2010, the council meeting of engineering plastics committee of China plastics processing industry association (hereinafter referred to as special committee) was held in Ningbo shashan village resort hotel. The meeting was presided over by Yan Qing, chairman of the special committee and secretary and deputy director of ningbo institute of materials of Chinese academy of sciences. China plastic Liao Zhengpin association President, honorary chairman of the China association xu Lin, director of the ministry of information industry (mii), branch Wang Dexi researcher and a supporting institution such as ningbo materials polymer li-xin xue, director of the department of Chinese academy of sciences researcher at the meeting. Representatives of the vice-chairman unit of the special committee, representatives of the governing units, representatives of the enterprises and staff of the secretariat of the special committee attended the meeting with a total of 30 participants.

YanQing, firstlt gave a brief introduction about the past year's work of the branch and the supporting institution of Chinese academy of Ningbo by high polymer material dept. Then he expressed his thanks for supporting branch and extended a warm welcome to conference delegates. In accordance with the established agenda, the meeting first heard and considered the report of secretary general li Juan's work summary for 2010 and the work plan for 2011 who on behalf of the secretariat. Next, they listened  to the branch of the secretary-general li Juan new deputy secretary-general of the candidate and the specific division of labor, the meeting decided to accelerate his comrades Wu Xiang hair and tao kang, comrade JiXiaoShe (CV attached) as deputy secretary general, assist the secretary-general li Juan work, meetings, enrich the secretariat team will play a positive role to the development of branch; Meeting to review and send the zhoushan dinghai passed plastic co., LTD and cixi gold island plasticizing co., LTD., deputy director of the unit's proposal, the delegates of the two companies to join engineering plastic branch warm welcome;

The meeting had a heated discussion on the working direction and thinking of the special committee in 2011 and put forward constructive suggestions.

China plastic association Liao Zhengpin President made a summary statement of the last, he first on behalf of the association of Wang Dexi researcher, ningbo materials YanQing li-xin xue director and the secretary, and vice director of support for the branch of engineering plastics. He thought engineering plastics industry in China was an enormous quantity wide range of industries, it was the Chinese model of the engineering plastics branch. Furthermore, they had a very good brand, enterprise foundation and the research team. The work of the special committee required the joint efforts of all of us to achieve self-financing. It was believed that the special committee could do some specific things in the 12th five-year plan of the plastics industry, such as compiling a chapter of engineering plastics for the industry planning. After the meeting, the delegates visited the scientific research achievement exhibition of Ningbo institute of materials, Chinese academy of sciences.
